How do I get started?

Getting started is simple! Just submit a custom apparel & merch request through our site. From there, we’ll follow up within 48–72 hours to go over your team’s needs, timeline, and next steps.

What is the turnaround time?

Production timelines vary by product, but most custom orders are completed within 3–4 weeks after final design approval. We’ll always confirm your timeline before moving into production. If you’re on a tight deadline, feel free to ask about rush options—we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Are there minimum order quantities?

Most items have minimum order quantities depending on the product, and we’ll walk you through what’s required based on what you’re looking to create. For custom jerseys, initial orders should be at least 10 pieces. After that, reorders have no minimum.

What’s the design process like?

Once your request is submitted, we’ll work with you to bring your vision to life. Whether that’s recreating an existing design or building something new from scratch. We’ll go through ideas, create mockups, and refine details until everything is ready for production.

Design fees depend on what you already have. There’s no fee if we’re recreating a current design and you can provide usable files. If you need help building a design or don’t have print-ready files, a design fee may apply. Any fees are always discussed and approved before moving forward.

How do we place jersey orders once the design is finalized?

Once your design is approved, we’ll set up a password-protected team store where individual skaters can place their orders.

You can choose to have orders shipped directly to each skater, or we can ship everything together to one location. Team shipping is typically the most cost-effective option.

If you prefer to handle payment as a team, we can also offer a bulk ordering option using a shared spreadsheet, or set up the store and bill you after all orders are placed.

How does pricing work?

Pricing varies based on the product, quantity, and level of customization. Once we review your request, we’ll provide clear options that fit your team’s needs and budget. We’re committed to keeping quality products accessible, so we’ll always work with you to find the right approach.

How do sizing and fit work?

We provide detailed size charts for all products, including youth sizing, to help you find the right fit. If you’re unsure, we can provide sample kits for your team to try on. We also offer custom sizing based on individual skaters’ needs. For the best fit, we recommend referencing our fit guide for how to measure.

Do you offer reorders?

Yes! Reorders are easy. Once your design is on file, you can place additional orders anytime without having to start from scratch. We will leave your jersey store open for a few weeks after the initial order date. From there, if you need the shop reopened just send us an email. Jersey reorders have no minimum.
